Shan “Helen” Jiang was a regular contributor to the Global Anticorruption blog in 2017-2019. A Chinese lawyer and a graduate of Harvard Law School, she has worked at the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center (HKIAC), as well as private law firms in London, New York, and Hong Kong.
