Camilo Enciso was a regular contributor to the Global Anticorruption Blog in 2019. A 2019 graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, he is the founder and head of the International Institute for Anticorruption Studies and the LatinAmerican Compliance Network, and previously served in the Colombian government, including as Secretary for Transparency from 2014-2017. He has consulted for the World Bank, Inter-American Development Bank, and other public and private sector entities.
