Mohamed Mansour Ali Moussa was a regular contributor to the Global Anticorruption Blog in 2014-15. A graduate of Harvard Law School, he has served as a prosecutor at the Egyptian Financial Crimes Department, and has also participated in drafting the amendments to the Egyptian money laundering law and criminal procedural code.
