Jacob Libby is a student at Harvard Law School. He holds a master’s degree in China Studies from Peking University, where he conducted research on corruption issues in Chinese bureaucracy and industrial policy, and he has previously worked at the Securities Exchange Commission’s Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Unit.
