Cindy Guan was a regular contributor to the Global Anticorruption Blog in 2015-2016. A graduate of Harvard Law School, she has worked for the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of International Affairs on matters relating to mutual legal assistance and criminal extradition, and for a private litigation firm where she focused on FCPA and international asset recovery cases.
