Catherine Katz was a contributor to the Global Anticorruption Blog in 2022-2023. She is a graduate of Harvard Law School, and the author of The Daughters of Yalta: The Churchills, Roosevelts, and Harrimans. She previously worked in finance and served as an extern at the State Department Office of the Legal Adviser during the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine.
